PhotoLab Calendar for Workgroup can be vertical or horizontal (where you can see all the pending tasks in a time line). Of course you can make advanced searches and filter the stored information. That information can be exported to XLS, TXT, HTML or XML. It also has functions to make backups of the information, just in case.
